Purpose

Our purpose - the reason why we exist as a ministry - is to create an environment conducive to historic revival by helping people to be thinking and talking and praying and longing for this.

In these days of pre-Revival, many Christians lack the basic hunger for God's awakening touch.

But, more than that, most don’t even know what revival looks like. It is simply not on their radar at all. This needs to change.

This is where we are headed.

Mission

Our mission is to humbly pursue an outpouring of revival through
1. Fanning the flames of prayer for revival citywide

All this is at the core of the task God has given to us.

Worshippers / Intercessors for Revival

Jordan and Kim Eustaquio

The Lord brought the Eustaquios down from NYC to the Charlotte area back in 2016.  Since then, the family of four, Jordan, Kim, JD, and Cherish, have found themselves in a place where their gifts of hospitality, encouragement, and worship are best mingled with their desire for revival in our nation for all generations!

They became hosts of a Firestarters Prayer Group in Waxhaw, NC in 2020, and every month have the joy of serving and praying with like-minded saints, ushering in the presence of God and storming heaven for the next Great Awakening!

Mike and Treesa Hause

Mike and Treesa Hause have served Wycliffe Bible Translators educating the children of missionaries in the Philippines for over 25 years. They are excited to be in the US at this time, building relationships with friends and supporters and volunteering in various activities at JAARS - the training, transportation and technology arm of Wycliffe.

Mike is in the International Media Services and missionary training. Treesa works with volunteer mission teams and at the JAARS information desk greeting newly arriving guests and visitors. They have had an interest in and prayed for revival for many years.

Treesa has been involved in revival prayer with Firestarters for several years and we both look forward to an increasing measure of God's presence and power in the Charlotte area.  They have three children and three grandchildren.

Ministers for Revival

Walton and Tina Yuen

Walton grew up in Hawaii in a non-Christian family, surrounded by all kinds of religion but with very little exposure to the Gospel of Jesus Christ. God pursued him while he was at MIT in Boston, and Walton finally surrendered his life to Jesus in 1986. After working 4 years in industry as a computer engineer and serving as a counselor in his church’s youth ministry, he heard and answered God’s call to ministry by moving to Dallas to study the Word and get a Master’s of Theology in World Missions at Dallas Theological Seminary.

While in seminary, Walton got married to Tina, and they together pastored several churches in Texas and worked as missionaries in France. God gave Walton opportunities to work with kids, youth, college students, and internationals to engage in missions worldwide. In Austin, Texas, he pastored a multi-ethnic community-based house church for 7 years before being called to Charlotte.

Since 2014, he has led the English-speaking ministries of Grace One Church in Charlotte, North Carolina. His plan was to lead the new church – with its strong Asian identity – to focus on missional activity that reaches out to the least, the last, and the lost of this city, regardless of race. His longing is to see historic revival ignited in Charlotte and beyond. His latest ministry is a non-profit organization called Think Revival that focuses on prayer and re-capturing people's imaginations with how God is on the move.

Walton and Tina have two children, Joseph and Stephanie, who also love to worship and serve the Lord.

Revival is the visitation of God which brings to life Christians who have been sleeping and restores a deep sense of God's near presence and holiness.
